Our Tax Organizers will help you put your tax information in order and make sure you don't miss any important deductions.

There are six (6) different versions here to specifically address every individual's needs:

  • Personal Tax Organizer / Short Version - For Individual Income Tax Preparation.
  • Personal Tax Organizer / Sole Proprietorship Version - For Individuals with a Schedule C Business.
  • 1065 Partnership - For Partnership Businesses.
  • 1120 C-Corp Short Version - A simplified one (1) page Organizer for a C-Corporation.
  • 1120S S-Corp Short Version - A simplified one (1) page Organizer for Businesses that have selected the "S Election" as the taxing status for their particular business.
  • 1120 & 1120S Corp Expanded Version - A thorough 11 page Organizer for both types of Corporations.

Please complete the following steps to take advantage of these Tax Organizers.

  1. Click on the appropriate Tax Organizer button below to bring up the organizer in a new window.
  2. Print the organizer by clicking on the printer icon on the top of the screen.
  3. Fill out all the information you can.
  4. Call or e-mail us and schedule a meeting.
  5. Bring the completed Tax Organizer(s) and all supporting documents to the meeting.

You will need Adobe Acrobat reader to view and print the form out. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, click on Windows(R) or Macintosh(R) to download it.
