Need help getting caught up? Books out of balance? We can help! We offer Project Bookkeeping to get you caught up, balanced, and reconciled, so you can get back to growing your business. Use this service once a year to prepare for income tax season or use it only one time to get a solid foundation for your books.
Project Bookkeeping Rate Per Hour - $89.95 (billed in half hour increments)
HOW IT WORKS:
You will be quoted an estimate of the time it will take to complete your bookkeeping each month based on your specific situation. Once the estimate and charges are agreed upon we will bill you for actual time spent doing your work - usually this is less than the estimated hours. If for some reason the billable hours will exceed your estimated charges by more than 30 minutes you will be contacted and your authorization will be required to proceed. Solutions Tax takes customer service very seriously - and you will never be surprised by charges you did not know about or understand.
Bookkeeping is billed in time spent working on the client's bookkeeping. Each situation is different, and will require a custom estimate. There is no way for us to determine billable packages without knowing some information. Some of our clients have two or three bank statements that have little activity and some clients have only one bank statement that is 20+ pages long with hundreds of transactions.
HOW TO GET AN ESTIMATE:
In order to determine how much time per month will be required to complete your bookkeeping and quote you an accurate rate please have these items ready when you call:

Number of Bank Accounts to be Reconciled - including number of pages for each statement

Number of CC Accounts to be reconciled - including number of pages for each statement

Additional Accounts to be reconciled - Lines of Credit, Loans, Merchant Accounts, Investment Accounts, etc.

Any special requests such as additional financial statements you will require
Please Note - A credit card on file is required for all Bookkeeping services. We use QuickBooks Bookkeeping software exclusively.
